Is your team ready to go to market?

In today’s crowded, hyper-competitive marketplace how will you ensure that your new product stands out…or that your new program meets with success?

Specs and features, no matter how great, are just the beginning.

The marketing challenge is to put those specs into a context that immediately communicates the value of your product to the customer. Value takes many forms and developing a clear statement of tangible benefits that gets a customer to say “yes” is not a trivial task.

LaunchBench workshops provide a structured forum where product engineers, technology marketers, and other stakeholders can come together to learn and apply marketing concepts to the practical problem of new product launch. Using your company's products as the subject, teams will contend to develop effective positioning statements and value propositions and work together to reconcile their ideas into a compelling Go-To-Market platform.

Half-day, full-day, two-day sessions
LaunchBench Onsite training sessions can be delivered in tailored time increments, from a half day to two days. The fundamental content remains the same. The amount of detail, the number of “live ammo” workshops or breakout sessions and the degree of including company-specific content varies according to length and budget. Group size is recommended to be no fewer than 10 and no more than 24 to ensure critical mass for discussions. The half-day session is recommended for organizations that want an introduction to a structured product launch process or have an immediate need but not a lot of budget to devote to training.

Online videos leverage the onsite training experience
LaunchBench video tutorials and tools allow your team to extend and sustain the value of onsite training sessions. Workshop attendees can use the videos to refresh their skills at the right time for their next product launch. And those who could not attend the live training need not miss out on the sales and marketing training fundamentals taught to their peers.
